All medical clinical liability for the imaging studies recommended and performed remains solely with the client's clinical providers, including but not limited to the medical care providers ordering the imaging studies and the radiology providers and institutions performing and interpreting the imaging studies. Please see further details in the Release of Liability and Full Disclosure Agreement as well as any applicable obligations and limitations stipulated in the Service Agreement.
